At EBAN Abogados, we see professional development as a continuous process combining legal knowledge with practical experience. Our multidisciplinary practice and academic background provide young legal professionals with an opportunity to develop their skills through direct involvement in the day-to-day practice of law.

We are interested in candidates with a strong legal background, willingness to learn, initiative and a genuine commitment to the legal profession. Our working environment provides exposure to different areas of law and the opportunity to become progressively involved in real legal matters.

Professional Development Plan (PDP)

Our Professional Development Plan (PDP) is designed to support the progressive transition of young legal professionals into legal practice.

Participants work alongside lawyers with extensive professional and academic experience and may become involved in legal research, case preparation, client meetings, drafting legal documents and other aspects of professional practice.

The purpose of the programme is not simply to reinforce academic knowledge, but to develop the practical skills required to analyse real legal problems, assess different courses of action and identify appropriate legal strategies.

Practice Areas

Professional development may involve different areas of the firm’s practice, including:

  • Civil, Family & Inheritance Law
  • Corporate & Commercial Law
  • Employment Law
  • Administrative Law
  • Criminal Law
  • Immigration & Spanish Nationality

The multidisciplinary nature of EBAN Abogados provides participants with a broader understanding of legal practice and of the relationships between different areas of law.

Professional Development

The PDP also provides an opportunity to identify and develop professionals who may progressively become part of EBAN Abogados, depending on the firm’s needs and each candidate’s professional development.

We particularly value responsibility, sound legal judgement, communication skills and the ability to assume increasing levels of professional autonomy.
